RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We always ensure that every package is properly protected for shipping, but we do understand that sometimes damages may occur whilst being transported. We will always replace or refund products that are damaged during its delivery, as long as photographic proof is sent to us within 5 days of the delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We unfortunately cannot refund or replace products that have been used - unless the product is faulty. We will also be unable to issue a refund if it is evident that you did not take into account our candle care instructions or our tableware care instructions.

Unless the item was damaged whilst being transported, the buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items, please get in touch with us via email and we can supply you with the return address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
